load balancing and user charge
Hi all
I have to scale a important jetspeed based portal architecture. I was
wondering how much users my portal can support and handle, or how can I
realize a load balancing between several jetspeed servers :
Here is my context :
- Jetspeed 1.4b3 - Tomcat 4
- 1 "little" server : P3 500 - 730Mo RAM - Linux Debian 2.2.20
- 300 users with :
* 1 or 2 java portlets each connecting to an IBM iSeries via jdbc
* 1 java portlet each connecting to a Domino mail server via DIIOP
* 4 or 5 iFrame portlets
* customizable profile for each user
Does anybody have an experience in a high user charge configuration ? any
advices welcome !
thanks

Veuillez répondre
à "Jetspeed Users
List"
I've registered some new portlets in jetspeed. My problem is now, that i
can't see all of them in the portlet browser. Some of them are available in
the browser, but i can't see the last two I've added. The registry entry in
the local-portlets.xreg seems to be ok, as I can add my portlets manually
in the psml files without any problems.
Has anybody an idea how to make them available in the portlet browser?
