cannot load servlet name: action ???

hi,
i changed a computer within our network who is our Internetgateway and after
restarting Tomcat on any
developer Computer I get the following message:

Set org.apache.struts.action.ActionMapping properties
Call
org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet.addMapping(ActionMapping[path=/admin
/removeMapping, type=org.apache.struts.actions.RemoveMappingAction])
Pop org.apache.struts.action.ActionMapping
cannot load servlet name: action


So what is the problem yet?
