Xerces-C Version 1.1.0 Beta is now available

Please look at http://xml.apache.org/dist to get the latest sources and binaries for AIX 4.3.3, Solaris 2.6, Linux 6.1 and Windows NT for Xerces-C Version 1.1.0. I uploaded them on Feb 11. 

The source code is also expected to work on HP-UX 10.2, HP-UX 11, AS/400 and OS/390, though we have not put binaries for these platforms.
