The data dump at http://svn-dump.apache.org/ is of great value for scientific research.

However, there are only revisions 
1682811-1688543 (5732 revisions) 
1688544-1693676 (5132revisions)

The remaining 1M700k revisions are not available (at least the file names are not visible).

Is it possible to add them again?
