Please review: Guidelines for CouchDB events
Hi,
in the last few days, there had been a discussion about guidelines for
CouchDB events. It arose from a CouchDB event, which will take place in
December in Hamburg Germany this year (moar info later :) ).
I now wrote a first draft for "Guidelines for CouchDB events". I invite you
to review the document. Please forgive me, when I suck in English writing.

My target is to push that to our wiki. But before that we have to decide if
* the guidelines are needed
* the guidelines are sufficient
* how we promote the guidelines
Thanks a lot for your input and review.
Cheers
Andy

Hi all,
I have created a new page at
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/COUCHDB/Guidelines+for+creating+a+CouchDB+Event
I marked it still as work in progress. I would like to wait till Monday. If
no objections are raised, I will remove the WIP and make it the version
1.0.0.
Thanks to Robert and Jan for review. I adopted all your suggestions :)
Cheers
Andy
