In this patch we have implemented Customer Service functionality in SFA, where customer can ask any query related to product. Solution to that query is provided to customer by employee via email notification.

Following are the functionalities provided in Customer Service sub module:

1. Service -
    -Create & Manage  the services provided to customer by the organization.

2. Query:
    -Create & Manage the customer query.
    -Send the email notification to respective employee.

3. Solution:
    -Create & Manage the solution.
    -Send email notificatin  to customer.
    - Exisiting solutions can be used for the similar kind of queries.
