VCL-951 - suggested times not displayed for parent image of clusters when making imaging reservation

requests.php:
-modified newReservationHTML: (unrelated to JIRA) added check for $id being in $imagedata to conditional before checking for rootaccess == 1 or user being owner of image
-modified AJupdateWaitTime: if $type == imaging, set $imaging = 1; modified conditional checking for cluster to also check that not doing an imaging reservation

> When making imaging reservations for the parent image of a cluster, the reservation is only for the parent image itself, not for the whole cluster. When attempting to make one of these reservations when no computers are available, information is displayed saying suggested times cannot be displayed for clusters. However, since it is not actually a cluster reservation, it should not be treated as a cluster and a time should be suggested.
