Discover subscriptions

Hi all,
 
I've got the following question:
 
Is there a way that the consumer can discover for which topic it is
currently subscribed at the producer?
If not, is there a way in the producer to get a list of currently active
subscriptions (per topic, per subscriber EPR, per ...)?
