new version of HTTP/1.0 spec

Hi all,

I finally completed another round with the HTTP/1.0 specification
and it is now available at

   http://www.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/http/

The PostScript copy is the best.  I will not announce it to the other
mailing lists until Henrik has updated the W3O page and (hopefully) has
an HTML version -- probably sometime tomorrow -- so don't make any public
comments about it until then.
