Flex mobile - List flickering on first drag

Hi,

I have currently this problem
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10490117/flex-mobile-list-flickers and
just wanted to ask if the solution with the fakeTouchEvent ist the way to
fix this or if there is now a better solution...
