   Change PPMC to PMC
   Remove "Mentors" since SINGA is graduated now from the incubator. All the mentors are now part of the PMC.
   Add Xiangrui Cai as committer
   Correct Sheng Wang status from PPMC to committer (I think a vote is required to add him as PMC)
   Order all names alphabetically
