Who has the open source license for the Guiffy Diff/Merge program?

The Guiffy website lists Geronimo as one of the open source projects 
they support with a free open source license to use their cool 
cross-platform Diff/Merge GUI -
    http://www.guiffy.com/opengrant.html

Anyone know who is the keeper of that license info for committers?
