How to cite Lucene documentation

Dear List,
I would like to quote a few sentences from the Lucene online
documentation, especially from the chapter about the file formats
(http://lucene.apache.org/core/3_6_0/fileformats.html). However, there
is no author, editor, or publisher listed there (apart from The Apache
Software Foundation, of course) which is why I am asking here: is there
already a standard way to cite the Lucene documentation correctly?
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Carsten

Cite it as you would any arbitrary URL -- you could list "The Apache
Software Foundation" as the editor if so inclined but that would be
redundent with the institution name...
