Yes possibly. 

The other option, is just to NOT release this module when we push a release. I have no issue with that as I usually use Any23 from master or SNAPSHOT anyways. Unfortunately we have few options regarding changing licensing for a transitive dependency 3 projects down... I do not have time to go to those developers and convince them to change licensing then spearhead a release of each software project up the line.
