Similar to SYNCOPE-1395 for PostgreSQL and SYNCOPE-1401 for MySQL, enhance the JPA layer by empowering [JSON DataType Support in Oracle|https://blogs.oracle.com/database/post/json-datatype-support-in-oracle-21c], available since 21c, for user, group and any object attributes.
