We have some new names for concepts and structures in IoTDB and TsFile:

For IoTDB: 
- Entity (device), measurement, timeseries
- Measurement template (device template or schema template)

For TsFile:
- ChunkIndex (ChunkMetadata), TimeseriesIndex (TimeseriesMetadata), IndexOfTimeseriesIndex (TsFileMetadata)
- Using "index area" instead of "metadata" in tsfile
