Okapi-BM25, relevance feedback, query expansion

Hi,

I'm interested to know if anyone has added  (a) the "okapi" aka "BM25"
algorithm, (b) a relevance feedback module, or (c) a query expansion modules
to Lucene. Or, if there are other types of modifications of similar nature. 

We are about to embark in a project to add (a), (b), and (c) above, and
would like to know if this has been done.
