[jira] [Created] (GERONIMO-6401) Download MYSQL drivers attempts to
retrieve old jar file
Michael Bayls created GERONIMO-6401:
---------------------------------------
Summary: Download MYSQL drivers attempts to retrieve old jar file
Key: GERONIMO-6401
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-6401
Project: Geronimo
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: public (Regular issues)
Components: databases
Affects Versions: 3.0.0
Environment: Full profile
Reporter: Michael Bayls
Priority: Minor
I am attempting to create a new datasource with MYSQL. I don't have the mysql driver installed so I asked the console to do it. It attempts to download:-
http://mysql.mirrors.pair.com/Downloads/Connector-J/mysql-connector-java-5.1.12.zip
which no longer exists.
The routine should be modified to down a current version of the driver

xiezhi commented on GERONIMO-6401:
----------------------------------
Sorry. In geronimo3.0.0, I don't see the MySQL Connector/J5.1.12 option. I just see mysql-connector-java-5.1.22. And it work for downloading mysql-connector-java-5.1.22.zip.
So could you show me how do you do in geronimo3.0.0?
