read-only access for specific users

hi group,
   
  i am using TortoiseSvn on windows XP, and using subversion as server.
   
  i want to know that, how would i provide read only access for a specific number of users only.
  if we provide 
  auth-access = write 
   
  this is the write access for a specific number of users.
   
  so is there any way to do the same for read only access.
