ws-metadata status?

Does anyone know the status of the ws-metadata release?

Hey Prasad,
I've moved the ws-metadata 1.1.1 release into the ibiblio rsync  
directory on people (http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-ibiblio-rsync- 
repository/org/apache/geronimo/specs/geronimo-ws-metadata_2.0_spec/ 
1.1.1/). Once the rsync runs, ws-metadata will be released to the wild.

The last time I spoke to Matt (Fri afternoon), he was going to release
it. Since he is on a "sorta" vacation, we should do it ourselves.
Either someone can guide me how to release it or release it themselves
for now.
