how was the book created?
Hi,
I wonder: how was the book created?
Maybe it was written in docbook?
What stylesheets and css files are used?

Looks like you can find that info in the README here:
http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/doc/book/
(yes, it uses a "Docbook Lite")
