slinky application was building for hifive1 board even though it potentially could without problem.
One thing to fix was to add syscfg values that allowed to use reboot log and config fcb.
Second change is reduction of interrupt stack, it was 2kB and that was to much for interrupts and memory was unusable for application.
To be able run slinky main task size have to be also reduced from default value.
