Failing tests on linux built derby fixed

I have fixed the tests that were failing when Derby was built on linux/unix.

There were two types of problem:

Differences in the output caused by executing mulit-line statements. The
different line endings in windows and linux meant that String values
returned from the database hade different lengths and thus truncated
differently by ij when the value was longer than the maximun display width.

Some data files for tests, used to test setting values by input streams
had the svn:eol-style set to native. This meant the file had different
contents on windows and linux, leading to different results.

Dan.
