[ANNOUNCE] Apache NMS AMQP 1.8.0 Released

I am pleased to announce the release of Apache NMS AMQP 1.8.0 client.

This is the first release of the new Apache NMS AMQP client, supporting .NET standard 2.0 and compatible with both ActiveMQ 5.x and ActiveMQ Artemis along with any other AMQP 1.0 compliant broker.

With this release a package binary has been uploaded to nuget as well for convenience.
