[4.14.1 + air 19r] missing asc-support.swc in frameworks/libs

hi,

just to notice that in the last flex downloader for AIR 19 release, it
results missing of that library, which breaks asc 2 (way faster)
compilations.

actual fix is just to retrieve from early downloads or d/l air sdk from
Adobe.
