Camel RabbitMQConsumer and header preservation

Hi,

I noticed that the 2.12.x development branch was not preserving the RabbitMQ
Headers when consuming messages.  I've created a ticket with a patch and
added a ticket:

This patch was created off of commit
aeaeb3e5dfdaf71c67929b4b4622f9b87e672b2e.
