Currently {{MESOS_SANDBOX}} is not set for debug containers, see [https://github.com/apache/mesos/blob/7f04cf886fc2ed59414bf0056a2f351959a2d1f8/src/slave/containerizer/mesos/containerizer.cpp#L1392-L1407]. The most reasonable value seem to be task's sandbox.
