[jira] Commented: (QPID-1609) Heartbeat support for java client

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-1609?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12666639#action_12666639 ]

Rajith Attapattu commented on QPID-1609:
----------------------------------------

A modified version of the patches were checked in r737125 on Qpid trunk after review.
Currently we only check idle state on the incomming side.
In the future we plan to add code to send a heartbeat when we reach the idle state on the outgoing side.
I will keep the ticket open until this is completed.
