James user administration

Hello im new to the james user list . im trying to provide a commercial
james solution for webmail boxes. I have James and Jo - A servlet container
cum web server (http://tagtraums.com for those who havent heard) running
under phoenix. im interested in knowing if i can write a servlet for web
based user administration considering the servlet is hosted on Jo running as
a block under phoenix. Is there any other possible way to manage the user
list sans telnet?
