Note, I deleted this issue because it has got caught up in the process
configuration whilst we were were configuring JIRA. It appeared to have
got stuck in a state I was unable to move it from. It was simply easier
to delete it than to play with the configuration of JIRA.
Since it was not a particularly important issue, and it is resolved, I
felt it OK to delete. We still have a record of it in the mail archives.
