Revision 1338946: Choose devices window should be on top of any video windows but currently it is behind

Hi,

 

In revision 1338946, when I enter a room where there are others already
in the room (and who are publishing their video), that the "Choose
devices" window is behind the video windows.  


I have created jira bug "OPENMEETINGS-272",  "When entering a room, the
"Choose devices" window is behind any attendee video windows"

 

If you a meeting room with several people in the meeting room, and so
set the video to be large it can be difficult for other logging in to
realise where the "Choose devices" window went.
