[jira] Closed: (DIRKERBEROS-2) Add support for pre-authentication by encrypted timestamp
Posted by "Enrique Rodriguez (JIRA)" <ji...@apache.org>.
Enrique Rodriguez closed DIRKERBEROS-2:
---------------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
kerberos.properties now supports property 'kdc.pa.enc.timestamp.required = [boolean]'. When set to true, the KDC will require clients to present the PA-ENC-TS-ENC pre-authentication type.
Please note PA-ENC-TS-ENC is not supported by the Linux GUI client krb5 but is supported by kinit.
