Larry,
Looks like you are trying to use tomcat and jdk bundled with jbuilder....We
don't have access to this configuration. Please try a plain vanilla download of
Tomcat from http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/release/v4.1.10/
and latest jdk 1.3.1_04 from http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.3/download.html. Please
follow instructions at
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/~checkout~/xml-axis/java/docs/install.html.
Please do go through the user's guide as well as it has newbie tips
(http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/~checkout~/xml-axis/java/docs/user-guide.html).
Please reopen the bug with exact steps that you took if you need more help. You
can also search the axis user mailing list at
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=axis-user&r=1&w=2.
thanks,
dims
