[jira] Created: (INFRA-2019) Create JIRA project from MINA subproject Vysper

Create JIRA project from MINA subproject Vysper
-----------------------------------------------

                 Key: INFRA-2019
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2019
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Task
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: JIRA
            Reporter: Niklas Gustavsson

Vysper has been vote in from Labs as a subproject of MINA. We would therefore like to create a JIRA project for it, similar to what we have for other subprojects. Suggested key is "VYSPER", already used for the CWIKI space.
