I am still seeing this issue in Ant 1.8.1. Would there be a way to possibly
handle the exception with a retry of the failed command (in this case looks
like the original file delete). This seems to happen often enough in my
windows build execution since I started using the ReplaceRegExp task. Once
every 50 or so uses, which based on my CI build, fails every fourth or fifth
build execution.
