Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: JAMES-137
Summary: Add seconds to log timestamp
       Type: Bug

     Status: Closed
 Resolution: CANNOT REPRODUCE

    Project: James
 Components:
             James Core
   Versions:
             2.1

   Assignee:
   Reporter: Gili

    Created: Mon, 20 Oct 2003 12:30 AM
    Updated: Sun, 6 Jun 2004 11:50 AM
Environment: Operating System: All
Platform: All

Description:
When running a component in debug mode, the log is dated in the format:

19/10/03 20:21:57

I would like it to include the seconds in the time. I'm trying to debug while
it takes about a minute to send outgoing mail; without a seconds market it is
impossible to tell how long each operation takes.
