As described in the mailing list message below, it is currently not possible to have form elements inside a grid. This is just a reminder to keep track of this issue.
Subject: Re: T5:Grid with Checkbox
Might be a problem in that the Grid uses a Loop component internally,
and there's no way to set up that Loop to work well within a Form.
Fixing that's in the back of my mind, or you could add a JIRA bug as a
reminder.

We will likely revisit this in the future, to properly handle the case where the data set shifts between render and form submission.
