There are 3 categories of operators:
* Arithmetic operators: {{+}}, {{-}}, {{*}}, {{/}} and {{%}}
* Logical operators: {{|}}, {{&}}, {{!}} and {{XOR}}
* String concatenation: {{+}}

I think it is probably best to use this ticket as an umbrella ticket and to split the ticket into sub tasks.
