   Work was done in 2.0 to make IteratorUtil more public API friendly by moving out a lot of the methods, including loadIterators().  It would be good to have something API friendly in IteratorUtil to load iterators from the configuration since this seems to be useful for users.  Or perhaps it should be in the new SPI package.
