When running CLI from the docker using something like
{code:java}
docker run --net=host -it --rm apacheignite/ignite3 cli sql "select * from t"
{code}
it prints question marks instead of ASCII borders in the SQL output:
{noformat}
???????????
? I       ?
???????????
? (empty) ?
???????????
{noformat}

Passing {{-e LANG=C.UTF-8 -e LC_ALL=C.UTF-8}} in the command line solves the issue.
We should pass these variables in the Dockerfile
