[Issue 18982] Set font size; set document no or delete document list; set ruler subdivision; set fraction dimension figures; enhancement/defective quickstarter and desktop; spellcheck list display.

(1) Size is adjustable
(2) File - Recent Documents shows document number
(3) Grid resolution and subdivision are adjustable
(4) IMHO not useful
(5a) Headings are consistent
(5b) IMHO too many lines don't look good
(5c) Templates are opened as documents and not as templates - from is better
(5d) Can not reproduce
(5e) True for all windows - issue already exists
(6a,b) Available in welcome screen
(7) Words are regularly spaces
