Add an implementation of [Fisher's exact test|https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fisher%27s_exact_test] for 2x2 contingency tables.

This test is similar to the BinomialTest which computes the probability for the observed sample and then a p-value based on the sum of probabilities of all possible results with probabilities greater than, or less than, the observed sample.
