Our graduation approval has been postponed

Hi all,

For some reason, our resolution was not added to the agenda of this board
meeting, fortunately, one of our mentor Andrew Purtell, he will help us to
make sure our resolution become one of agenda of next board meeting held on 15
November 2017, Thanks.
