Warning: TRUNK filesystem version about to change from version 6 to 7

I'm about to check in first cut at a migration script that will carry hbase
data from 0.19 to 0.20.  Part of the checkin involves changing the
filesystem version number from 6 to 7.  This means that if you svn update,
you are subsequently going to be flagged that the filesystem needs
migrating.

To quell this message, see hbase-1215 for a script that will up your
filesystem version number for you.  Use it if your data was written with a
recent hbase TRUNK.  hbase-1215 has instructions on how to run the script.
