AP_FTYPE_CONTENT ? (was Re: [patch] include/util_filter.h)

Should this be CONTENT or CONTENT_SET?  ap_filter_type only defines 
AP_FTYPE_CONTENT_SET.

It could be any of several types.  AP_FTYPE_CONTENT is the old name
for AP_FTYPE_RESOURCE.  Perhaps there were only those two types at one
time?
