tests/api/java/lang/IllegalThreadStateExceptionTest.java
tests/api/java/lang/ThreadTest.java
tests/api/java/lang/AssertionErrorTest.java
tests/api/java/lang/ClassTest.java (after fix)
passed in my environment (WinXP). Seems. it may be deleted from exclude.
Unit test

failed due to isuue 826
