Plugins from PP3 UC don't show up as Available Plugins

Eric or Neil, or anyone else,.

Can someone identify the problem here:

I doubt it. The DTD does not require the message_digest as required element.

Also the catalog.xml checks and validates against the DTD successfully.

I am afraid that someone will have to debug the 
org.netbeans.modules.autoupdate.updateprovider.AutoupdateCatalogParser.getUpdateItems() 
method when loading the XML.

Not sure, could 11.0 be getting stuck with new DTD and message digest addition?
