DO NOT REPLY [Bug 51420] New: JMS Subscriber does not close
connection
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=51420
Bug #: 51420
Summary: JMS Subscriber does not close connection
Product: JMeter
Version: 2.4
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Windows XP
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Main
AssignedTo: notifications@jakarta.apache.org
ReportedBy: slavko_h@yahoo.com
Classification: Unclassified
Once "JMS Subscriber" is run - it will keep open connection to JMS server
(ActiveMQ in my case).
if User has Tread with multi-users then the "JMS Subscriber" from the first
tread will consume all messages from a queue.
ER: each user in its tread has to be able to consume a message from a queue.
My understanding is that the first "JMS Subscriber" does not close its
connection (it was defined by ActiveMQ Web Console).
So, it could be "fix" by adding "Close Connection" flag to "JMS Subscriber"
sampler with ON as default value.

The issue is not reproducible anymore.
I have used "Stop between samples" ON - that closes connections properly.
The issues can be closed for the specified release.
