License change
Checking out the recent 1.3 commits I saw this change to the license:
- * for use in the Apache HTTP server project (http://www.apache.org/)."
+ * for use in the Apache HTTP server project (http://httpd.apache.org/)."
I nearly missed it, and I'm sure other companies that use Apache inside
them (Red Hat, Covalent, IBM etc.) will probably miss it too. Might be
worth making a bigger note about it in CHANGES or on the site when we
alter the license.
I'm sure no one here is going to care too much if a company uses the old
URL and not the new one, but some of us might have anal lawyers.

Hmm, interesting. I would have thought the right thing to do would be to
change that to the Apache Software Foundation, http://www.apache.org/.
