Travis Builds Not Starting for PRs

Hi,

I've noticed that the Travis builds on the last few PRs have not started -
https://travis-ci.org/apache/incubator-pirk/pull_requests

They appear to be hung with the message:

Hang tight, the log cannot be shown until the build has started.

A cursory amount if digging seemed to indicate that this is not necessarily
abnormal and typically resolves on its own (ummmm...?).

If anyone is Travis smart and can take a look, that would be great.

Thanks!

Ellison Anne

Travis seems to be going fine now. All builds are through.

I did notice that too. Not sure what's going on, I can poke around tomorrow
and see what's up with it.
